[Toys] Motion Revive Series: Kamen Rider V3

My friend kagami67 offered some extra figures he had from the Motion Revive series, and I could not pass up the chance to own some primo Kamen Rider merch. Here is the first of the bunch.


Now, let us take a look at a man with a burden. To some he is a man seeking vengeance for his family. To some he is a man fighting for his dear sister. To all, he is simply, V3...

V3 is a design I like very much. He is essentially the same design as 1 and 2, but with "remolding" on the torso, helmet, belt and collar. And instead of the ascot, he has cape tassels as I like to call them. But take that remold and put different colors on it, and it becomes so much more unique. But getting past my fanboying, all I really have to say is... being a remold of 1 and 2, he's pretty much just like them in terms of articulation. Same swivel joint in the torso and everything.

For accessories, he comes with aforementioned cape tassels which you peg into the back. Might were a bit loose so I superglued them in, but your mileage may vary. He comes with two pairs of hands; fists, and a type of peace sign gesture, meant to make the signature pose of his Showa era counterpart. I DON'T think this was ever used in The Next, so it's kinda random for them to toss it in, kind of like a little nod to the original.

Overall, he feels just a LITTLE bit more worth it compared to 1 and 2. If you like the design, I say go for it. He's a pretty cool guy and whether or not you like The Next, you gotta admit... golden gloves are pretty awesome.
